While walking from Da Nang train station towards my lodge, I crossed Cồn traditional market or in Vietnam is called Chợ Cồn (Cho = market). This traditional market is the most popular in Da Nang.
This is the soundscape record from Cồn market, in the morning of February 20th 2019 right after I arrived in this city. There is sound of transaction made between the consumer and seller, then there is the sellers having a chat. Next there is the sound of sellers cutting the mets they sold with a large knife in meat stalls. There is the sound of plates and glasses clinking from food halls and sometimes motorcycles going through the narrow market alleyway, and so forth. Just listen to it, because there is too much to be descripted by text.
